It's probably worth setting expectations about what version 1.0 means though. Admittedly this is a gut feeling, not based on any sort of scientific metric, I'm just confident based on the progress they've made so far and the goals they've set that that's a realistic target. I'd give CrossCode 90% confidence of releasing version 1.0 between April and June of next year, with slight tails into Q1 and Q3. I like what they're doing with it but their development process is a lot more typical of early access indie games than CrossCode is, which is not a compliment. Secrets of Grindea man, who even knows when that'll be out. I would buy this game as it is right now, but i want to experience it fully when it releases. Don't know how true that is, I tried the demo and really loved it.

I do whole heartedly recommend playing Zelda - A link to the past "deliberately out of date" to begin with. The project would have been next to impossible if they hadn't chosen a genre which was retro i.e. After all, we're talking about almost a decade of dev cycle here. you can change it to update it every 10sec or more If you go to RALibretro settings - saving. This happen because battery save (sram) is updated after you exit the emulator.
